What the service is

FleetProfit is a calculator. It works out costs, profit, cash flow and break-even figures from the numbers you enter. Every result depends entirely on those inputs. It does not know current diesel prices, tolls, freight rates or market conditions unless you enter them.

Not professional advice

The results are estimates for planning. They are not financial, tax, accounting, legal or investment advice. FleetProfit does not file GST returns, generate e-invoices or e-way bills, and is not certified for any regulatory purpose. Check important decisions, such as buying a vehicle, taking a loan or signing a contract, with a qualified professional.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your Google account secure. Your workspace belongs to you; you can export or delete it at any time. Do not use the service to store anything unlawful or anyone else's personal data without their permission.

Fair use

Do not try to access other people's data, overload the service, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the calculator's results, or from the service being unavailable.

Advertising

The free service is supported by advertising shown beside the app. Ads are provided by Google; we do not endorse the advertisers.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
